We got good information about what to do and handle before we started looking at properties. The week before we closed was really hectic, income limits changed who could be on the loan and a last minute surprise on the title report. I am not sure what we could have done to make that smoother. Otherwise we were happy with the educational materials sent to us, and the actual paperwork signing was very smooth.
