Very knowledgeable about my needs n really listened. Nice for a change .
He is very relaxed and not in a hurry during the appointment. He is thoughtful and asked if you have questions of him.

He misdiagnosed my pulled spasmodic muscle in my lower back as a pinched nerve. Nerves don’t spasm, muscles do.

William Benton is extremely dismissive and does not take his patients seriously. I rarely go to the doctor and each time I have gone to him I have left feeling like I wasn’t heard and I wasted my money. Looking at MyChart after my visits, I can see that he took things out of context, over exaggerated certain things we talked about, lied about giving me advice that he didn’t, and lied and said things that I didn’t say.
