Very knowledgeable about my needs n really listened. Nice for a change .
He is very relaxed and not in a hurry during the appointment. He is thoughtful and asked if you have questions of him.
Dr Benton takes his time to listen and hear what I'm taking about, what my issues are. Last night he even called me after hours to give me test results. He's a very caring doctor.
This was my first visit to this physician. Dr. Benton took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. He performed a complete physical and seemed to be very thorough and knowledgeable. He provided all the information I was looking for. Excellent experience altogether!

He misdiagnosed my pulled spasmodic muscle in my lower back as a pinched nerve. Nerves don’t spasm, muscles do.
William Benton is extremely dismissive and does not take his patients seriously. I rarely go to the doctor and each time I have gone to him I have left feeling like I wasn’t heard and I wasted my money. Looking at MyChart after my visits, I can see that he took things out of context, over exaggerated certain things we talked about, lied about giving me advice that he didn’t, and lied and said things that I didn’t say.
