I was in a situation where the seller wanted to close ASAP. Will and team did everything in their power to make that happen! We closed in 15 days(from the time of application) Will can handle pressure well and has excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

As a first time homebuyer the process of buying and all the information that you need to know can definitely overwhelm you, having William there to guide us and help us get the best interest rate and work with us anyway he could to get our loan approved was incredible. We are extremely grateful to have found William to help us through this process. Great customer service, and always available when we had any questions or concern. We will definitely return to him for our next property and highly recommend him.

I'm very happy with William's services. At the end of this process, I gained a great connection and a friend with a very helpful and thorough explanation of the process. William literally wanted to drag me to his office to complete paperwork he needed. And to top it all of, he's a silly guy!

William and his team were excellent throughout the process from the pre qualification all the way to the closing table which by the way happened in less than 30 days. He communicated constantly with me and was able to help me overcome a couple of issues came up along the way and appeased every single one of my concerns, since this was my first home purchase, they were quite a lot. He got me a great rate as well. I would recommend him to everyone.
