Did not have to wait only about 5 minutes. Was greeted by Dr. Williams staff with kindness and friendliness.. She explained every procedure as they continue on. Even offered to hold my hand through the whole procedure. LOL, being the big baby that I am. I never felt my tooth being extracted however I did feel the shots but not bad at all except for one of them. I was truly impressed by Dr. Williams strategy. The tooth was out before I knew it! All the staff were so kind and pleasant. Very little waiting. Dr. Williams took the time to describe the procedure in depth. He was very professional and yet put me completely at ease.

Wow! I think I'm switching over to this dentist. Him and t are e staff are so kind polite and understanding. He communicated the process very thoroughly and his assistant was AWESOME. She had a bubbly personality. Love love the atmosphere. They took care of me!!!
