I have never liked dentist offices. I expected the same this time,but was truelt surprised. The staff was efficient and professional. The Dr was professional but also took the time to make me feel at ease. By the end of the visit, I was truely amazed. Instead of the check out talking about how much I would have to pay,they were looking for discounts. I was very eager to proceed with the treatment plan and felt like I took part in it.I would recommend this office to all the Chickens like me.thank you

The Oral surgeon was amazing. No problems at all. However, I am disappointed with the communication of the business office. I was referred to them by my dentist so I assumed they were within my PPO plan. They did not inform me that they were out of network. Now we owe another $2,000. Very disheartening.

I had good experience in office with very little pain on friday Am. However I was later bleeding which I could not stop. When contacting office it was closed for the friday afternoon. I left a message for a return call and I don't think I got one. I later went to emergency room at St Francis, who provided a treatment that has stopped the bleeding. Perhaps after treatments when office is closed should be considered.
