I am very disappointed in this company. Williamson Foundation Repair completed foundation repair in 2017 on a home I purchased June 2022. It was only right to contact them do complete an evaluation on the foundational issues on the right-side of the house because they only completed the left. The appointment date was December 13, 2023 at 1pm. The consultant was timely. My problem is, the consultant stated, "I have to get with my supervisors to look at the numbers I took and I will get back with you within a week." I th... read more
I needed 16 piers installed to level one side of my home, which was starting to show cracks. The Williamson crew was very good and explained everything in a friendly and professional manner. They removed shrubs and replaced them perfectly. 5 stars for sure. I'd recommend to my closest friends.
It was a great experience working with Williamson Foundation Repair! It started with discussing the preliminary questions I had directly with Roger Williamson. Roger was timely with responses and answered question fully to my satisfaction. Good experience and Easy to work with Williamson Office and Field Team.Foundation Piers were installed based on my structural engineer recommendation.Highly recommended.
I found some cracks in the drywall along one side of the house along with some sudden soil erosion, so I called them for an inspection/estimate. John did a great job explaining what was going on with the foundation and answering all my questions. The damage was minor enough that he recommended fixing the drainage situation first and just keeping an eye on it for now. I appreciated the honesty and would work with them again for sure.
