Update: We were fortunate to be able to use Norman again when we moved back to Kentucky. Just as all the times before, Norman worked tirelessly until we found our forever home. I have used Norman twice to list my home! Both time times he was very professional and had great knowledge of processing a short sale (which has an abundance of complicated paperwork)! The first time he listed the home, it had a contract on it within a month. The deal did not go through because short sales usually take longer than a conventional purchase and the buyers could not wait. The second time I tried selling my home, I used Norman again! Norman is very professional and easy to get along with. He knows his job well and knows most of the surrounding areas. He is quick to handle any requests you may have regarding house hunting. He points out things in a house that you might otherwise not notice because he wants you to make a good decision buying a house. If there is something wrong with the house he points it out right away. That's comforting to me and my wife because no one wants a money pit! I highly recommend Norman Armstrong!

Norman is very professional and easy to work with. Buy and selling a home can be a big and scary event but Norman makes it feel easy. He said to me on the first visit that I didn't need to stress out and to leave it all to him...he has come through with that promise.
