I find the staff professional and personable. My wait time was minimal and the waiting room is comfortable. I could not find how to get cold water out of the water dispenser, only warm. There were no water bottles in the little fridge.My crown procedure went very well, and my pain management was good. I think I need just a tiny bit more suction of the water. :)
