Excellent Care I experienced minor tooth pain. I was given an appointment for the next day. After x rays and a very complete exam it was determined that I did not require any treatment. Everyone was very nice. It was good to be reassured.

Always a pleasure coming to Willow Creek for my less than pleasurable dental needs. The staff is always pleasant and professional and skilled in their jobs and seem concerned that I have the least amount of discomfort in the extremely vulnerable chair back position. I even got sunglasses today to minimize glare from the overhead lights! I'll be back.

Great practice After recently moving to Chico and trying at least 3 practices that just didn't cut it, I discovered Willow Creek. What a wonderful calming place. First class facility. Lovely staff and I love Dr Jim Muff. He is friendly and warm yet very professional. I appreciated how he showed me all the x-rays and clearly explained the needed work. I have found my dental practice in Chico and I'm thrilled! Oh - Tanna at the front desk is a gem too as was my hygienist. Thank you, Willow Creek!

Professional and pleasant Just recently moved to Chico, and needed to find a new dentist in a hurry because I chipped a crown. The staff is very friendly. The assistant was very pleasant to talk to while I was waiting to see the doctor. Dr. Michael Muff was extremely pleasant and explained everything he was doing while he was doing it. He was fast. Staff was able to schedule me for an urgent matter right before a holiday weekend. Dr Mike Muff helped troubleshoot what was going on with my jaw without excessive intervention since I'm pregnant. I trust this office as I know their knowledge is current and the staff is sensitive to patient needs.

Excellent Experience This was my first appointment. I greeted warmly. The check in went smoothly. All the paper work was there. My dental records were also there. I arrived early and had a very short wait. Everyone introduced themselves and were very helpful. Michael Muff, D.D.S. was not rushed and reviewed my medical and dental history. His examination was complete and thorough. He explained his policy on x rays. My hygienist was Haley and my cleaning went well. Very gentle. No pain. Thank you for having me as a patient.
