Very clean and quite. No complaints at all. Hardly ever get to see the neighbor. They keeps up with maintenance as needed. All in all good for anyone looking for a year or two lease
Lived here for a few years. One of the best apartments in the area. There's two pools , the one beer the office gets used the most. Washer /dryer in every apartment.
We have been a resident of Willow Lakes for 4 years total. Willow Lakes have a wonderful staff. Maintenance always respond in a timely manner. We love the location, and my neighbors have been very nice. I have recommended Willow Lakes Apartments to others. It's a nice place to live.
If you are looking for clean, new and nice apartment look no further. Originally from Houston, I will be working on the Motiva Project for a while and needed a place to live. Super rude, weird and unwelcoming, leasing agents, and a little racist the maintenance staff super nice super friendly super kind I came in because my friend told me to use the pool and she was getting off work and I got here before her and I had to use the restroom so I went to the leasing office and I asked the maintenance workers. I had a few issues moving into the apartment however the team did work to get it taken care of fairly quickly. Cost was the lowest I could find for reasonable. I am here in PA just to work for the next year or two so Willow Lakes gave me what I was looking for the most. But my major complaint that seems to bother me everyday is the spider infestation they have outside in the hallways and up the stairs. Great looking place but don't be fooled... management will do absolutely nothing to control problems from your neighbors. I seldom get more than a couple hours sleep at night because of the zoo that lives in the unit above me. After months of complaints with no intervention, I have turned over my lease agreement to my lawyer and started to look for another place. I would like to stay here but I am at the end of my rope with the noise. So, my advice is go somewhere else if you actually want to sleep in your apartment !!!
These apartments are nothing special at all. They advertise a luxury apartment homes but are anything but. The carpet is a joke. it sheds like a hairy dog. You drop something it comes up with carpet fibers attached. The sidewalk nonsense is a joke. You can't follow one anywhere. They have to reason to them. Small kitchen, smaller closets and just misused space in general. If you have small kids this is not a place I would choose and the carpet fiber can irritate allergies if that is a problem for them.
Convenient location, cheap in terms of price AND quality and nothing special overall. It's newish- built in 2008, but age is the only thing separating this place from being the standard, run of the mill, beat up, low class, place. The builder did a pretty poor job as evident by repairs seen in a few places. Low grade cabinetry and carpet as you might expect.
