Verified Renter The area is quiet and the neighbors are kind and welcoming. My favorite food spots and shops are fairly close so it’s all convenient for me. Maintenance is always great about helping me out when I have an issue.
Verified Renter So far so good, my wife and I are enjoying our new home. It’s a quiet and friendly area that’s in the middle of a lot of attractions with Belleville & Swansea. Moving was smooth as well. You pay electric and internet, they cover water, sewer, and trash.
Verified Renter It’s a nice place, it’s clean, and everyone stays to themselves. It’s a small space, but it’s great for a first apartment. All of walls aren’t thin, but I can hear everything that’s going on while I’m in the living-room and only the living room.
