Massive mold damage caused by Willow Window. Read my edit to their response. BEWARE. Willow Window replaced almost every window in my home two years ago. Every single one now shows signs of water damage. When we opened the drywall around several of their windows, we found black mold at each one. Carrie knew we had previously met with other competitors so she addressed the issues and questions we had for her quickly and professionally. If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst company I have ever had to work with. This company has taken so much from my family. Their carelessness and negligence has taken my home, my family’s health and time away from my baby due to health issues, and all possession we own that can’t be cleaned. This company installed all new windows in our home ( all but 5 or so). Every window that willow windows installed is soaked and is covered in black mold.
