It's ok The new staff is not that friendly. But the rent is cheap and the property is nice. The maintenance is pretty quick on responding to service calls.
WARNING: TOWING HIGH ENFORCED AND PARKING SUCKS On June 4, 2017, my boyfriend had to park my car in front of the office, due to the fact there was no parking left inside of the gate. On June 5, 2017, I went to start my car only to find out my battery died. I went to get a visitor pass from the front office so that way my vehicle would not get towed.
