Ability to obtain an appointment very promptly. Staff was very friendly, informative, and courteous. Provider made sure that she gave a thorough explanation and answered any questions.
Dr Oester and his team are wonderful! He takes his time explaining the procedure and the effects. It’s a warm beautiful setting at the new building in Scott’s Hill. I was so thrilled with everyone there that I’ve already made another appointment for January 4th for my next round of Botox and fillers. I feel fabulous because I look fabulous!!

I recommend Wilmington Eye to anyone who’s having problems with their vision. I was greeted by the most friendliest receptionist with pleasant smiles. The Doctor’s Assistant was very helpful and calm while working with me. I have a problem of blinking when they get close to the eyeball. She found a trick to help with that too! Dr. Gertz is a phenomenal eye doctor. The care I have received is EXCELLENT. Dr. Gertz caught evidence I had suffered blood vessels hemorrhage. She immediately referred me to a Retina specialist. Wonderful results with the Retina specialist. Now back with Dr. Gertz. Love the fact Dr. Gertz CARES ABOUT YOU.
