Takes her time with a patient, reviews the history before entering the room, listens attentively to your exact symptoms. Examination is thorough and then explains the diagnosis and plans in detail in terms that one can understand. Answers all questions in detail prior to deciding upon a plan.

I had a post surgical concern but my surgeon was in surgery that day so Tracey McKinzie saw me asap. She explained what I was seeing was a normal part of the healing process, that my eye was doing well and put me at ease.
