I been at tenant Wilshire properties for 1 year,recently renewal my lease recently ,It has been a positive experience,. Great neighbors who are friendly.Exceptional staff customers service.

I’ve been a resident at that location for two years and have never had a problem with maintenance or our wonderful property managers, Abe and Rowena. They are a compassionate and empathetic group, and our punctual individuals. I can’t thank them enough for the support and attention to detail that they put into this location.

I am a renter at the Granada Hills Property for seven (7) years now. In fact, I was one of the first tenants when the landlord converted the units into co-living spaces. It's attractive for me to have my own lease, my own private room and bathroom - with only kitchen, washer and dryer to share. I do not need to worry about the common areas because a maintenance person comes by once a week to clean them. So far, I haven't had major problem/s with my roommates. Great experience! I rented a unit through Wilshire properties at NorthGate Town Apartments. The rental portal was very convenient, it explains everything in great detail. The leasing manager Rowena helped me alot with all the concerns that I had regarding my lease. She explained everything very clearly, not only did she answer all my questions but she was very attentive and understanding of my situation. This is a trustworthy company & I would rent from them again!☺️

My one year stay in NMS has been comfortable. My roommates were respectful. I didn’t have problems in the house even though we shared co-living spaces like kitchen and laundry/drier. The monthly pay is affordable. Utilities are included. There is a cleaner who comes every week for shared spaces. The staff are friendly eg. the cleaners and the maintenance people. My experience with Wilshire Properties was extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a professional property management company. For approximately five months, the air conditioning in my unit was non-functional during hot weather. Despite numerous maintenance requests and repeated follow-ups, the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, making my apartment hot, humid, and difficult to live in. I have had an incredibly disappointing experience with Wilshire Properties and Red Oak Properties. Since November, I have been given constant misinformation regarding standard repairs needed for my unit. Despite multiple assurances that these issues would be resolved, management has failed to follow through. I had a manger name Iaasic from red oak telling “this would have never happened if he was taking care of it” followed by promising me a text and a FaceTime call showing me the unit with all repairs fixed never got that. ... read more
