He was very friendly and kept in touch like he said he would until we closed the deal. I couldn't make it to the dealership to pick up the car so he drove the car to me with all the docs for me to sign. Excellent transaction. I love the car and appreciate all of the time he spent with me over the phone and in person during my lunch hour at work.
