Experience was great no problems. Austin very good and informative. Accessing Bluelink was very difficult for us, mission accomplished.
Dylan was awesome! He remained patient with us as we figured out what vehicle would be the best fit for our family. We never felt pressured. He made sure to show us all of the features in our Palisade and even reached out afterwards to make sure we didn't need a refresher. It didn't feel like your typical car buying experience, which was a relief especially with our wild 2-year-old in tow. Great experience.

Great Dealership. Matthew was a great salesman to deal with. There was no high pressure and he found the exact vehicle I wanted. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through many of the settings so they would be catered to our needs. The finance department was also easy to deal with and Tom did a great job explaining all our options. Wilson County Hyundai make our purchase a great experience!
Dylan was great! I was looking for a Hyundai Santa Fe and I reached out to multiple dealerships through email. Dylan was the 1st to respond to my request but also the only one who listened to provide the information I wanted. He continued to answer any questions without pressure. This sold me on him and the dealership before I even got there. He walked me through the process and spent the time to show me all the features before we left the dealership. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
