I think that for an extremely nice patron to take her time and effort to track you guys down to return the 46 bales of insulation your company dropped off by mistake you guys should at least thank her. She saved your company quite a bit of money. How about you think of them and the troubles you caused them. A sweet gift basket, dinner, anything at this point. She was unable to use her driveway as her own for a couple weeks. She was honest when others wouldn't have been! Please, work on this customer service error. :)
If your company left that insulation in my drive way it would have been mine your loss my gain you should thank those that notified you about the mistake hmmm maybe buy them dinner
I think this is a thankless company. They made an error and dropped 46 bales of blown in insulation in my driveway, blocking in my travel trailer. My husband and I searched and called different companies and even called the Lapeer Police which travelled to different construction sites for us in an attempt to find the owners. We could have just broke it down, hide it in a disclosed location and said nothing. But attempting to be honest and to do the right thing we continued our search.
