Wow! What a pleasant surprise!! The installation went down without a hitch . The guys Chris and David really did a lightning fast demo and install. I am a construction foreman and have seen a a lot in my day, these guys left no room for error. Tight sealed , caulked and trimmed! Trustworthy also not a worry in my mind as to the quality of people that installed the windows . Chris and David were extremely thorough and clean . Well first of all I am in the same field of working remodel houses , I am a perfectionist and I thought that the installation day was going to be a hard one for me to watch these 3 men work on my house installing windows . Come to find out they were vary professional, I am pleased with there work , the metal work around the windows was outstanding and the caulking which is the finish, if you didn't know what you were looking at you wouldn't even know I was caulk . I had a very pleasant experience on 11/19/24. Perry and team arrived exactly as stated. They went to work and executed a beautiful flawless installation.They explained every detail of operation of my windows.The ease of lowering windows inward and downard for cleaning.The capability and safety mechanism of raising the window for outside air.The tint is a plus. I love the windows . I like the light tint on them, to let the good sunlight in and the bad out. They are even easier to clean then my other windows. The installers did a great job. On my one front windiw , I saw some gaps that worried me, but in the end , all the gaps were fixed and the window fit in like it should.They cleaned up very good. No broken glass .
