Scott and his window installer assistant were great They were very knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. I love my new windows and look forward to enjoying them for years to come. WinChoice USA is easy to work with. They process from purchase to install moved like clockwork. The windoes were built and ready to install sooner than expected and they have a lifetime warranty on them. My family loves them and my son will soon have his installed! I made the decision this year to replace the windows in my house. I looked around and selected WinChoice. They reached out to me and set up an appointment to present their product. Mary T. arrived for the appointment in spite of the snow that day. (Snow is a big deal in Memphis, everything shuts down). I was impressed with the windows and placed my order. The installers were efficient, professional, and courteous. They moved any detritus that occurred during the removal of the old windows and installation of the new windows. Other than having beautiful secure new windows, you’d never know they had been on the property. I definitely recommend Win Choice windows and their installation crew!

Outstanding job, beautiful windows, very well installed. I cannot get over how much warmer my 152 year old farm house is now. My thermostat has been on 68 since they were installed and it was 12 degrees last night. Hands down, excellent product and craftsmanship. Saving up for the upstairs windows next !!!
I love my new windows. The installers were professional & knew exactly what they were doing. They worked great together. It was a smooth process and the guys were very informative & friendly. They answered all my questions as it progressed and showed me how they operate which was impressive all by itself self.
