Professionals all the way! Demonstrator that came to my house did a very easy to understand presentation on the windows, guarantees and installation process. Rachel at customer service called me to introduce herself n give me her number for me to call if I had any questions and called me after the install to see what I thought of the installation job. Crew arrived on time and the replacement of our windows began with inspection of windows being replaced. Quickly all windows were removed in a short time the house was ready for install. Within a few hours all 13 windows were replaced and cleanup had begun. Beautiful results from an experienced crew. Well done!
The guys were good from start to finish an if I had to do it all over again with the same crew.

On time, very thorough explanations, talked through each fix, worked quickly and cleaned up everything. Windows look great and they guaranteed their work.
The experience from start to finish was excellent. The crew arrived on time and the job was completed by mid-afternoon. All the debris from the old windows was completely removed. The crew was respectful, professional, and done an excellent job. I would totally recommend win choice for anyone who needs window replacement.
