I've had an extraordinary experience with Winchoice beginning with their Office Manager (Missy). She was professional cordial, courteous and very knowledgeable of every aspect of her company. The rep, Joshua, who came out to give me a quote was on time, professional, and kind. The installers were late due to the distance they had to travel, but were otherwise kind and still finished on time.

From the beginning of us purchasing our window up until our windows were installed, winchoice kept us updated on the process. The day our first sets of windows were installed, the installer, Terry ****** and his crew did a magnificent job. They were very professional. Winchoice is a great company. I have enjoyed my first experience with them. From the beginning they kept me abreast on my installation. Ryan and the other two guys were great. They came and installed my windows and cleaned up. Ryan demonstrated how they work. I have received several compliments and my windows have only been installed for a day. I will definitely use Winchoice for my other windows. I have already started referring Winchoice.

The installation of my window went very well. The installers Chris and his partner was very professional and worked extremely well together to complete the task. They stayed on point and completed everything. They cleaned up behind themselves as they went. It was an exceptional experience. I am so happy with my purchase and the windows look amazing. Very nice quality product that was installed very professionally and made my home look so much nicer and more efficient. Love the tilt feature for cleaning. Install crew leader was exceptional customer service and is highly recommended. Very happy with my decision on this company to instal my windows.
