Todd was a very pleasant Sales rep and explained the various options available. He did his measurements and showed us the window and the mechanical window operations. We were impressed with his explanation of the process to build each custom-fit window, and that it wasn't a stock window to fill with shims. Although having seen a number of companies selling windows, we had narrowed it down to 3 companies that all had good windows but the difference may have been the warranty and Service that will continue with the product..
After having a couple other companies come in to give us an estimate and sitting through hours of presentations I was actually dreading sitting through another but William was completely different from all the rest! He came in, listened to what I wanted and went to work on pricing. Don’t get me wrong, he went over the product and why it’s superior, but he stuck to the important points so it was drawn out and boring. After all was said and done the pricing just couldn’t be beat and we ended up scheduling for the install!!
The in-home consultation was handled very professionally. The salesperson was well-prepared—he had all the necessary materials and information, clearly knew the products, and got straight to the point without wasting time. He was respectful of our home, even going as far as to cover his shoes, which we appreciated. It was great to meet Nick Badolato. He arrived on time and was very professional. He measured the windows for me and was able to show me all the available options within my budget. He even made sure to add the right finishes for outside the house. Overall it was a pleasure to meet and work with Nick.
