We called window nation for an estimate on our windows and they sent James Kempton to our house. He was very nice and explained everything that would be done inside and out. Went over all materials used and how long it would take to be completed. He then went over prices and made it fit with our budget. He was very informative of the product and the installation process.

James arrived and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He went over everything I would need and what was available to me. He took measurements and and told me the best window for my residence. After agreeing on a deal I was shown the window, its features and how it worked. I was given more than enough info and am quite satisfied with my purchase.
