Matt was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions fully. His honesty, and specifically not pushing us to buy more for no good reason, made our decision easy. And we had talked to a number of window companies before meeting with Matt / Window Nation - we did not go with the others because of the insincere upselling.

Our first time experience was wonderful. I felt like Nick understood our situation and worked well with us. We weren’t pressured to buy what we didn’t want and we were educated on how windows work. Valuable information! I felt comfortable knowing I had one point of contention with Nick in that if we need anything or have questions we can contact him directly. I left out meeting feeling like I was being taken care of and I appreciate that
