We are very happy with our windows and the install team did a fantastic job, went above and beyond to make our windows and surrounding areas look great. The reason we can’t give 5 stars was for the initial consult. We are a returning customer, we had explained to our rep at the time why we were breaking up the project in two installments. But in between services our original rep moved territories and the “price lock guarantee” he had promised us was not conveyed on our customer record. Eric Heidel did a great job. He came in and told us about the windows the process. I was impressed wth he whole process he told us about. The windows are made in the USA. And how Window Nations stood behind there products. He worked with us till he got everything that we wanted in our price range. Thanks so much, Eric Heidel, with Window Nations. Tom came out and gave his demo to us. He was very thorough and honest. My mom had just replaced all her windows with window Marion and told me to call them. So glad I did! I couldn’t be more happy with them. The men did an OUTSTANDING job at taking my old ones out(that Jesus made) and putting the new ones in. And not to mention they cleaned up inside and out!
