Had windows installed in February. Yesterday November 14th, noticed some of the weatherstripping coming loose on the bottom window will. Called Jason Woodcock who we purchased the windows with and told him about it. He said he would get it fixed asap. He was not kidding, within an hour we had a call from a technician named Brad that came out and fixed the issue.
