Rob was very professional and took the time to go over everything with me and show me all of my options. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.
Answered any question I had. Willing to work with me on price. Also helped with payment since my parents were helping and live in CA. Very nice and great to my son no matter how much he interrupted.
The agent was very nice and professional. He explained everything in a manner that we could understand. He explained where the windows were made, what they were made of how they work, how they are installed and the warrantee/guarantee. He was very professional, yet down to earth.
