He was very professional & thorough in explaining the window features, options, what makes them better or as good as but more budget-friendly than others. He allowed plenty of opportunity for questions, never tried to “upsell” as we are only replacing 6 windows, which are the most costly of all in our home because of the size He gave my husband & I a few minutes to discuss without him being present.
