The installers were on-time, professional, and fast. Communication with the scheduler was good. After a day, I’m satisfied with my door. However, I’m still waiting for my restaurant gift card.

Filled out info page on fb. Got a call 30 minutes later with an in home appointment the very next day. Salesman was fully knowledgeable of all types of manufacturing and installation procedures. Answered my every question which were several. When it came to cost my questions continued on price, resulting in a call to manager for pricing options. Our Design Consultant Kirsten was amazing. She explained the process, explained the why’s and why not’s, and calculated a quote with multiple discounts to make this venture affordable for us!! We are still in the process of installation, but we are confident with the company and the product!! The installers did a great job, my windows look amazing! They had to reschedule due to rain and another issue but Tammy in scheduling was very helpful! So happy I got them replaced.
