The salesman was friendly, not pushy and knew the product. The examples were helpfull with understanding the difference with my current windows. Installation occurred when scheduled. Crew was very courteous and efficient. The process was noisy of course, but cleanup was well done. I have already enjoyed the soundproof feature. My only worry is the new heavier weight of the windows when it comes time to wash them. I expect to have lower energy bills seeing how tight they are.
