The sales guy who came out was extremely knowledgeable and nice. He was personable and easy to talk to and answers all our questions. The following day I had a couple questions and made a change in our order after a few text messages and he was very understanding and said it was no problem.

Not sure yet. my windows have not been installed yet. the sales rep Alex was nice and answered my questions. The schedulers were ok. I don’t answer the phone when the caller is “unknown”. I would suggest they have figure out a way to use caller ID. Or they could text instead of leaving a voice mail. They’d probably get faster call backs.

Our window agent Anthony was very knowledgeable & very informative. He made us feel very comfortable, and helped making this decision super easy!! He was great! I will definitely recommend him to anyone!

Our salesperson was Kristian. He was great. We have a dog who hates people and he loved Kristian, and so did we. No pressure, no ridiculous pitch. We even discussed other quotes we had. THEN... the installation. Jerraco was the foreman (not sure if thats the right name) but either way, this crew was great. Curteous, friendly, answered all my ridiculous questions on what was happening because i know nothing about windows, why they did certain things, etc. Quality of their product and pride in their install completely shows... read more

I loved the way the man talked to me he was awesome his picth was not to make sale but to make you feel comfortable with the company even if I was not to buy I would tell everyone about your company it has been a blessing to talk with him he is so lovely to talk to thank you for your time
