From start to finish Window Nation did a great job. It started with Rob the Salesman. Very nice and patient answering all my questions.The office staff were very polite and called and emailed me to keep me updated on when my windows would be ready to install. The day of install the crew showed up on time and were very nice men. It only took a few hours to install 6 windows and when they were done they went to each window to show me how everything looked. The installers were kind and super quick! I am very impressed with the cleanup. I was expecting a mess and it was not! They made sure to ask if we had any questions after they were done. Super polite.
They stand by their warranty. Had a window that got a stress crack during some extremely cold weather that was well below seasonal norms for our area. Window was replaced with no hassle. Service provided was quick, clean, and kind.
