Tom was a pleasure to have over. He was very detailed with his explanations and made sure to point out every single detail from the window builds to the install process and even used a cool gadget to show the efficiency of every glass type. Keidon was great very knowledgeable what a great employee you have. I could tell everything was by the book but very accurate with what he was presenting to us.
