Let me start by saying dedication. Dustin Flatt showed up to my home to keep an appointment during a snow storm. I was just certain that the appointment would have been cancelled. Not only did the company not cancel the appointment, Dustin was promptly on time. I informed him when he arrived that I was strictly was not looking to purchase right away but was more or less looking to get a quote on replacement windows throughout the house.
