Your window Rep. Currin was so delightful and knowledgeable. She had such a fun personality and connected with my daughter and I instantly making us feel very comfortable with her. She gained my trust and helped me understand the savings I would gain with your windows. Her presentation was informative and mind blowing of the technology used to make the windows and protect my energy costs incurred for heating and cooling my home. I feel confident I made the right choice.
On July 10, installers came to our house without the matching RWD (inside finishing) from the manufacturer. WN ordered it, and installers came within 1 week. Within days, the RWD began peeling off the windows. We put in a service request. It took 3 weeks to get someone here, so said that the installers should have heated and rolled the RWD. He re-attached and in some cases put new RWD on the problem windows. I wish I could give two separate reviews. One for Jose & his install crew who did a wonderful job putting in my new windows & one for the customer service (or lack thereof). While my windows are nice & thankfully have no issues. I cannot recommend Window Nation because if you do have issues, you won't be able to get ahold of anyone to discuss them with. I attempted to speak with someone no less than a half dozen times in the two days before my install & never did hear back from anyone. Beware...
