Windows not installed yet but had a complaint do to a surprise CO that was not discussed with me prior to receiving it when I reached out to the salesman the sold the project he simply said it was needed to install. Sent another email for a call back never got one. I reached out to Justin Stepps for help and he made it right. Thank you Justin.

Installation issues: 1.) Warranty, your site states the following. "Don’t forget to keep the stickers that are placed on your windows." They threw away all stickers so I was not given any. https://www.windownation.com/knowledge-center/blog/frequently-asked-questions-about-warranties 2.) I don't think they used the foam to insulate all of the windows. Attached is what it looked like in the master bedroom as they were putting up aluminum and I stopped them to filling the foam.
