Wendi was great about explaining the whole process and the windows. The only thing was that she didn't give me a copy of the break down on the windows I purchased. I Would have liked a copy of that, I'll contact Wendi for a copy of that.

Darrin Dakin was extremely personable and diligent. He walked us through the entire process, explained the technology and the differentials between Windows Nation and other companies. He went to bat for us, striving to get us the best discount. At the end of 90 minutes, we had gained a good understanding of what we were getting into, from the drawbacks of the current builder grade windows and the advantages that we would be garnering from the new system. On top of it all, Darrin’s not too bad looking either.
