They were amazing! Everyone we worked with was so kind and thorough. They answered all of our questions and made us feel confident in our decision. The installation was supposed to take two days, but they completed it in one! I couldn’t believe how fast it was, while still doing quality work. The windows are beautiful. Our old windows and sliding glass door would stick, but these are so easy to open, and they do a great job of dampening the sound. From the moment we called to set up an appointment for estimation to the time the installers left was amazing! Jeremy, our sales rep, was friendly, knowledgeable, professional. He spent the time to go over every aspect of the windows and the process. He worked diligently to get us the best price possible and remained in contact through the process. I would give Renee a 10 if you would let me she was informative. She was pleasant. She was everything possible in a salesman. I have seen in my 75 years Mini sales person and she is the number one as far as I’m concerned, she’s marvelous don’t lose her.
