I was so pleased with Renee she was caring sincere and a blessing she deserves a bonus I would recommend and will refer any one that needs windows. The gentleman that came out for measurements was early the window for appointment was 4:30-6:30 and when I got home at 4:25 he was already there I really appreciated that he was very polite. Renee was very professional and knowledgeable about window products. She related how the window would best improve air movement with easy venting and yet keep the utility room comfortable & dry. She listened to any concern and assured us totally this was definitely the correct product for us.

The window guys did a great job with the install of our new windows. I would have liked the windows cleaner when done, but besides that everything was great
Sales was determined to get the sale, but we found a deal I thought was very fair. The wait for production was within the estimated range provided. Installation was great. David, Vitali and Nick were all professional, friendly and pleasant. The removal of old windows was a bit more complicated and took longer than anyone would have guess.
