Mike was on time and a wonderful spokesperson for Window Nation. I would love to do business with window nation, the only reason I did not contract is my reverse mortgage is not set in stone until next week. Ordered 19 new windows. Windows are fine but the screens were installed incorrectly. Even the installer told us he didn’t know why we received full screens instead of half screens which we wanted. We received two half screens. Been trying to get these other screens replaced but zero luck. They want me to pay for new screens. Sent an email to the CEO but no response. I spend over 25,000 on these 19 windows and zero customer service. All I want is the correct screens for the money I gave them. Nothing so far. I’m writing th... read more

Demolition is messy, I was nervous watching all the windows to my home being torn apart! However this installation crew was skilled, professional and very courteous. They placed tarps around all the windows and across my living room carpeting, and after installation someone came along with a vacuum collecting any stray debris. One crew member even went around and cleaned each window! That's customer service. After the windows were installed, you couldn't even tell they had been in my home all day! Really back what you are selling. They ask everybody to do a review before you get your windows installed. I decided to wait and give a real review. And as I suspected the window are basic builder windows. They promise it will save you on your energy bill, it didn’t. It doesn’t cut down on the outside noise. They say it cuts down on the amount of heat that comes through the window, it didn’t. The price was extremely high for their second tier windows. Save your money and go with another company!!!

Window Nation seems like a great company. The warranties are a big selling point, as are their willingness to negotiate the price. Andy did a wonderful job explaining all the particulars for the windows and installation.
