Justin Terwilliger came right on time. He was friendly and professional making sure I undertook everything and answered all my questions. He brought samples for me to see and explained all the workings of the window. He showed me how me how the heat and cold coming in will change by using a heat light. I’m looking forward seeing the finished product and the savings I should have on my heat and electric bills. I’ll send another review once the install is complete.
