Joe Najjar was our sales person usually you never hear from them after they made the sale Joe followed up with us durning both installation and even after just to make sure everything was ok. The installers had a question and I said let me call Joe and they said he’s not gonna pick up they were right but he called me right back that was great customer service that’s what I appreciate. I was pleased with the accurate measurements and the attention to detail such as color match. The level of sound coming in from outside is noticeably much lower. The use of caulking and sealant made a big difference in the final product. I am very pleased with the project.
