Randy showed up at the time his office said he would. He educated me on the different windows they offered and how their install process works. He was professional and went through the information on the life warranties and different payment options. He even took his shoes off at the front door before he came in. Randy was punctual, informative, and most importantly patient. Our family has a very busy schedule, and the only time we could find to meet was with our 1 and 3 year olds running around yelling for most of the appointment.
