Great overall experience--starting with a no pressure sales presentation and finishing with professional installation. The installation crew was easy to work with and adapted around our schedule and weather conditions. Jason was very meticulous with not only the installation but the quality and appearance of the installation as well.

Everything was perfect and went very well until I discovered I could not look out my bathroom window. The salesman said he told me that it would be obscured. However he never showed me what an obscured window looked like. If he had showed me that,.. like he did all the rest of the windows I wouldn't have accepted it. As far as Virginia Marshall goes, she did not make the presentation, Steve Colonna did. Steve said I would have to pay to fix the problem. The installers went above and beyond putting in my windows. They had to help us move a bed. They were great and friendly.
