I had one window that they did not caulk. I had to do it my self, also on some of the trim work the nails needed to be countersunk. I had to do that myself. Other than that everything went well.

The crew was very careful in our home. They took their shoes off whenever they had to work inside. The cleanup was very good.

Window Nation restored my faith in contractors. They were prompt, professional, courteous and very well organized. They showed up on THE day scheduled and with only two well trained installers, removed and replaced 18 various sized double-hung windows IN ONE DAY, finishing the outside trim the next morning. The house is actually quieter now, and I am pleased that the windows were installed before this past brutal winter. This whole process was a pleasant experience.
