It was very professional. The thing I didn't like is that it took a long time from the time we paid because we had to pay upfront. It took at least over two months before the windows were actually installed. The service was fine. It's just that I didn't like the fact that they held onto my money all this time and we had to wait to get the windows installed.

They came in and did a great job explaining everything and putting in the windows. They did everything properly. I really like the windows. It was good.
