A great Window Nation product was enhanced by the great customer service experience I had with Jeff W. who came to my home to not only demonstrate the window features but to fully go over the installation process, the installation and lifetime warranties, any additional service requirements that may pop up, but most importantly did so with candor, honesty and no pressures to buy. Jeff was awesome. Would like to see him again. Will be going with the windows he showed us. We just have to wait a few months to get finances in order from a refinance of our house.
