I requested a call prior to representative showing up. Anthony called and asked if he could arrive a bit early. He also called again and gave eta of his time. This was really appreciated. Im a senior and my movement is slower than what it has been. Anthony didnt try to rush or be pushy. He answered my questions and wanted to make sure i understood words and was kind speaking. I think he is a great leader in his sales job. Gave me some background and said to use jis number if I had more questions. Thank you
